Stated Communications of our Lodge are held at Zetland Hall on the second Wednesday of each month, except for January, June, July, and August. We meet at 6pm for 6.30pm, and follow with a Festive Board in the main Banquet Room.
The Master and Brethren extend the warm hand of hospitality to all visiting Brethren.
Installation
The Installation is normally held on the second Wednesday of March.
Dress
Dress is as follows:
- Regular meetings: Dark lounge suit and dark tie
- Installations: Dinner jacket
The brethren of Shamrock Lodge do not wear gloves in accordance with traditional Irish masonic practice.
Apologies
Apologies by Lodge Members must be submitted in writing to the Secretary prior to the date of the Stated Communication. Please do not forget a suitable donation for charity along with your apology.
Ancient Charge
"In ancient times no Master or Fellow Craft could be absent from his Lodge, especially when warned to appear at it, without incurring a severe censure, unless it appeared to the Master and Wardens that pure necessity hindered him."
